Boundaries was originally a full length concept album that eventually became a 6 song EP.

in 2017, I again joined forces with Grammy award winning producer, Danny Blume, to record the original four tracks that were to be the EP "Boundaries".

On the first day of recording, the drummer became ill and had to be replaced at the last moment. This was the first in a series of pitfalls that kept these tunes from seeing the light of day for well over a year.

During the long wait, Soren and Danny decided to finish a track from the "Only Always" sessions called "That Furious Rain" and Soren wrote a new tune called "Better You Than Me" and recorded it with Jess Klein and Travis Stever. Both songs were added to the original four and released in 2019.
